What solution is suitable for a small meeting room?
For smaller rooms of approximately 2 to 6 people, a compact all-in-one solution that combines a camera, microphones and speakers in a single device is usually suitable. We select the specific model based on the size of the room, the participants’ distance from the display and the required connection method.
What is the difference between Logitech Rally Bar Mini and Logitech Rally Bar?
Logitech Rally Bar Mini is designed primarily for smaller meeting rooms. Logitech Rally Bar provides the performance and coverage suitable for medium-sized spaces. The choice, however, depends not only on the number of seats but also on the room shape, table layout and acoustic conditions.
Do Logitech solutions work with Microsoft Teams and Zoom?
Yes. Logitech solutions can be designed for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or use with your own laptop. The specific configuration depends on the platform and the customer’s required way of working.
Can I use my own laptop in the room?
Yes. With a BYOD solution, the user connects a laptop and then uses the room’s camera, microphones, speakers and display. A hybrid solution is also possible, combining a native video conferencing room with the option to connect a laptop.
Can you also modernise an existing meeting room?
Yes. We assess the existing equipment, displays, cabling and infrastructure. We then recommend which components can be retained and what needs to be added or replaced.
Do you also provide displays, cabling and installation?
Yes. We provide a complete audiovisual solution including displays, cabling, installation, configuration, testing and user training.
Can you create a single standard for multiple rooms?
Yes. For companies with multiple meeting rooms, we prepare standardised solutions for small, medium and large spaces. This simplifies use, management, service and future expansion.
