MediaTech at ISE 2026

We bring global AV solutions and expertise to our projects

MediaTech attended Europe’s largest audiovisual technology exhibition, ISE, as well as the PSNI Global Alliance meeting — the world’s largest network of AV system integrators. MediaTech is the only member from Slovakia, giving us access to international know-how, technology standards, and project experience from around the globe.

For us, this is not just a matter of prestige, but above all a commitment to delivering solutions that are strategically designed, technologically robust, and built for long-term performance.

AV projects today are no longer just about technology

Working with integrators from different countries repeatedly confirms one thing: the biggest risk in complex AV solutions is not missing the latest trend. The real risk lies in making decisions based on device demos instead of real-world experience, underestimating operational realities, and choosing solutions that may look good at project launch but become limiting or costly over time.

That’s why, for us, ISE is primarily about sharing practical experience — understanding what truly works in real projects and what delivers long-term value.

Mega trends in the AV industry according to global analyses for 2026

The exhibition also highlighted the so-called mega trends of the audiovisual industry, presented by the global AV organization AVIXA. These clearly point to a shift: AV technologies are no longer just technical infrastructure for spaces, but strategic tools for communication, collaboration, and customer experience.

1. Interactivity as the New Standard of Communication

Modern AV solutions today enable much more than just content presentation. Interactive technologies foster collaboration, audience engagement, and more effective communication — whether in corporate environments, education, retail, or events.

Companies increasingly expect technologies that support active participation, flexible work, and ease of use.

2. Immersive Technologies Transform the User Experience

Another prominent trend is so-called immersive solutions — technologies that bridge the physical and digital worlds. Large-format displays, advanced audio, and hybrid work environments are transforming how content is presented, how collaboration happens, and how businesses communicate with their customers.

Today, these solutions are being applied not only in events and the entertainment industry but increasingly in corporate environments, education, and retail.

3. Integration of AV and IT Infrastructure

Audiovisual technologies are increasingly being integrated into organizations’ IT environments. From collaboration platforms to security systems and control or operations centers, AV is becoming an integral part of complex digital infrastructure.

This brings higher demands for security, system management, interoperability, and the long-term sustainability of solutions.

How Do We Apply These Insights in Our Projects?

For MediaTech, monitoring global trends is just the first step. The key is to properly evaluate them and translate them into solutions that deliver real value for the client — technologically, operationally, and economically.

Our goal is to design AV solutions that not only look impressive at presentation but also perform reliably for years.
