Modern meeting rooms for Innovatrics
MediaTech successfully designed, delivered, and implemented comprehensive audiovisual solutions for the new headquarters of Innovatrics, one of Slovakia’s leading technology companies. The project formed part of the development of office spaces that received the prestigious OFFICE OF THE YEAR 2025 award.
Design and Implementation of Audiovisual Technologies
Our goal was to create a technologically advanced environment that supports effective communication, hybrid collaboration, and user comfort. We implemented audiovisual technologies across a variety of spaces, ranging from large conference rooms and collaborative areas to smaller meeting rooms designed for online meetings and team discussions.
Technological solution
Given the futuristic nature of the building, which is a global benchmark in the use of biometric technologies, exceptionally high demands were placed on the AV equipment in terms of reliability, image and sound quality, as well as intuitive control. In this project, we successfully implemented the following technologies:
- professional video conferencing systems Logitech Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and Rally Bar Huddle,
- Logitech Tap IP touch control panels,
- Logitech Mic Pods conference microphones,
- interactive Optoma displays for presentations, workshops, and team collaboration,
- professional Samsung displays
- complete AV integration and device configuration.
Modern meeting rooms ready for hybrid collaboration
In the design of the AV solution, we focused on high-quality audio and video, simple control, and seamless videoconferencing. The result is a set of modern meeting rooms and conference spaces that enable efficient communication between local and remote teams.
All technologies were integrated with respect to the interior architecture and user requirements, while ensuring maximum reliability and intuitive use of each space.
Result
The delivered audiovisual solution has become a natural part of Innovatrics’ modern working environment. The implemented AV technologies support everyday team collaboration, videoconferencing, and presentations at the highest level.
