What is PSNI?
The PSNI Global Alliance is an international network of leading AV and IT solution providers, bringing together certified integrators from around the world. Its aim is to ensure consistent quality, reliability and innovation in the implementation of technology projects – from meeting rooms and educational spaces to entertainment, corporate and healthcare environments. Each member of the alliance goes through a rigorous Certified Solution Provider (CSP) certification process, which guarantees a high standard of expertise, processes and services.
Thanks to global cooperation, PSNI is able to provide clients with the same level of quality and support anywhere in the world. Network members share know-how, experience and technological innovations with each other, thereby strengthening trust and consistency in international projects. The PSNI Global Alliance is therefore a unique partnership that combines local expertise with global reach.

Expert presentations on interesting topics
The PSNI Global Alliance Annual Meeting 2025 in Huntington Beach, California brought an inspiring program, new partnerships and a clear vision for the future of the AV industry. The opening day was opened by Chris Bertish with a motivational keynote “All In Mentality”, in which his story of the TransPacific Wing Project showed what it means to succeed despite all obstacles – thorough planning, resilience and the courage to start even in less than ideal conditions. This was followed by discussions on the challenges of manufacturers, successful collaborations between members and the introduction of new alliance partners.
One of the key topics was: Where is our industry headed in 2026? The CSP panel addressed the trends, opportunities and challenges that will shape the coming year – from the development of artificial intelligence and IT security to new vertical markets and global trade. The program also included real-life stories of collaboration within the network, such as a project for a long-standing global financial client where multiple PSNI Certified Solution Providers teamed up to modernize multi-function rooms in Brazil and the U.S. By combining local knowledge and standardized processes, our partners reaffirmed the strength of the PSNI network – in trust, consistency and global collaboration.

The second day was all about looking to the future. Hart Brown’s keynote, “Future Forecasting,” presented strategies for managing risk and driving profitability in a rapidly changing world. Some of the most lively discussions included hybrid and flexible workspaces, presented by Stéphane Maujean (Lemanvisio) alongside experts from Yealink, Korbyt, and Biamp, and the topic of immersive experiences – LED walls, XR, and surround sound, discussed by Kent Cawthorne with experts from Draper, Absen, and Nanolumens. These technologies are fundamentally changing the way audiences see, hear, and interact – whether in retail, entertainment, education, or corporate spaces.
The conference concluded with the “Integrators Roadmap 2026” panel, which brought together experts from around the world to shape strategy for the coming year. The discussions and meetings over both days once again demonstrated why the PSNI community is so special — collaboration, innovation, and friendships that connect the world. The alliance has confirmed that it is not just about partnerships, but about a common goal: to deliver better results for clients on a global level. In PSNI, integrators do not just work alongside each other, but with each other – in a spirit of trust, communication and excellence across the entire network.
