Videoconference solution in a large meeting room
UPC BroadBand Slovakia is one of the largest provider of television, internet and telephone services in Slovakia, which are available in more than 600 000 households. An inseparable part of the company´s functioning is precise online communication and connecting via video conference.
Nowadays, the main presentation of any company is the other party´s view of them through the video conference. An important part of it is functionality, hight quality image and intelligible sound. This is what we deliver to our clients. The company UPC approached us to design and install a video conferencing solution for their largest meeting room.
We designed and delivered one of the most modern and advanced video conferencing solution from Cisco – Webex Room Kit Plus. We are very pleased when we can see our clients work progressive with using the most modern technologies.
Videoconference solution that satisfies all expectations
The client internally uses Webex communication platform and in the past they had an older CISCO Webex video conference system in their meeting room which also included a motorized camera but it no longer offered the possibilities of new camera models from CISCO.
Based on intensive communication with the client and finding out their requirments, we proposed a new video conferencing solution that is suitable for the given type of room and will meet all their expectations and needs.
We designed and delivered a comprehensive Cisco Webex Room Kit Plus video conference solution with QUAD camera.
Flexible system for medium and large meeting rooms
The Cisco Webex Room Kit Plus Set also includes a touch panel with that the entire system can be controlled very easily. In this solution, we used 3 Cisco Webex desktop microphones.
These table microphones are omnidirectional and extend the range of flexibility of the entire system regardless of the shape of the room or table.
The latest QUAD camera
The QUAD camera contains 4 lenses, which together with the built-in artificial intelligence and tracking microphones always show the best view of the participants. The client was also very interested in this function. A big advantage is that the camera does not have to move mechanically and automatically switches to the lens that the best captures the active participants.
The combination of Cisco Webex hardware and solution is uncomprisingly the most secure in the world.
