The aim of the project was to ensure the modernization of conference rooms so that they meet current technological requirements for effective internal and external communication, organization of meetings, presentations or high-level negotiations.
Complete system modernization
The client required a reliable, user-friendly and flexible solution with an emphasis on ease of operation, system stability and high quality of image and sound transmission. MediaTech prepared a comprehensive design of AV infrastructure adapted to specific meeting and interpretation spaces.
The entire system was designed with easy operation even for non-technical users, quick preparation for meetings without the need for technical assistance, clean, unobtrusive design in accordance with the aesthetics of the interior and high reliability and long-term sustainability of the solution.

The following technologies were designed and installed as part of the project:
- Televic professional conference system
This system provides high-quality sound and at the same time allows for controlled discussions, including functions such as microphone signaling, two-way communication, and optional voting. It is particularly suitable for formal meetings and meetings. - Wireless presentation technology
The implemented solution allows users to easily and securely share content from laptops, tablets, or mobile devices without the need for a cable connection. The technology supports multiple users at the same time and ensures a smooth image in real time. - Video projection – projector and electric projection screen
A high-performance projector with reliable high-resolution projection was installed for presentations. It is complemented by an electrically operated screen that can be easily extended and retracted as needed. The projection system is optimized for good readability even in daylight. - Touch control panel
A central control panel with a touch screen was installed to maximize the ease of operation of all technologies. The user can start a presentation, turn on microphones, retract the screen or adjust the volume with one touch. The panel interface has been custom-programmed according to the client’s requirements. - Video conferencing PTZ camera
Professional full HD video conferencing camera with remote control, suitable for larger video conferencing rooms.
